In 1969, Ding How introduced dimsum cuisine to Cebu and pioneered the concept of all-day dimsum dining. The first branch opened along Cebu’s famed Colon Street which was the centre of commerce and social activity at the time.
The Original Steamed Fried Rice, a perfect combination of savory pork and shrimp toppings over seasoned fried rice, was created in the kitchen of Ding How. It became an instant hit and a bestseller as it serves as the perfect anchor to enjoy other dimsum specialties.
